Sandra Hernandez (Sandy) serves as the Senior Vice President of Agape Network, where she has been a dedicated leader since joining the organization in 2005.

Mrs. Hernandez oversees key organizational operations and works collaboratively with leadership to support financial stewardship, program effectiveness, and organizational excellence. Throughout her tenure, she has played an integral role in advancing Agape Network’s mission and ensuring the organization maintains high standards of quality and compliance. She has also been instrumental in supporting Agape Network’s successful CARF accreditation efforts over the years.

Mrs. Hernandez earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Barry University. Prior to joining Agape Network, she served with the Miami-Dade County Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Administrative Office of the Courts. Beginning her career there in 1994, she worked closely with the Office of the Court Services Director and, in 1997, was promoted to support the Court Administrator and Chief Judge. In 1999, she stepped away from her professional career to dedicate five years to raising her two children before returning to the workforce.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Mrs. Hernandez is committed to fostering teamwork, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Her exceptional organizational skills, dedication, and commitment to Agape Network’s mission have made her a respected leader and valued member of the executive team.
