Sandra Hernandez (Sandy) is the Sr. VP/Chief Operating Officer at the Agape Network. Mrs. Hernandez has been employed by Agape since 2005. Her responsibilities include supervising the Finance Department and Clinical Department. Mrs. Hernandez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Barry University. She was previously employed with the Miami Dade County Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Administrative Office of the Courts in 1994 and worked directly with the Office of the Court Services Director. In 1997 she was promoted to work with the Court Administrator and the Chief Judge. Mrs. Hernandez resigned in 1999 as she was pregnant with her first child and dedicated the next five years to raising her two children as a stay at home mom.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Hernandez works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure program compliance. She has been instrumental in the last six years through our CARF accreditation. She fosters teamwork through a participatory management style. She has excellent organizational skills and motivates employees to excellence.
