Natalia Gagliano serves as the Chaplain at Agape Network, where she provides spiritual care, pastoral support, and biblical encouragement to women as they navigate their journeys toward healing, restoration, and wholeness. She holds a master’s degree in theological studies and brings more than five years of experience serving in ministry, church leadership, and developing discipleship initiatives.
Throughout her career, Natalia has served in a variety of ministry contexts, including local churches, church plants, college ministries, and nonprofit organizations. Her experience encompasses pastoral care, ministry operations, discipleship development, and biblical curriculum development.
Natalia is passionate about equipping people to know the truth of the Word of God, recognize His presence in their lives, and grow in spiritual maturity. Her diverse ministry experience has shaped a deep commitment to creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and invited into a deeper relationship with Christ.
Through her work in chaplaincy and ministry, Natalia is committed to serving others with compassion, theological depth, and a genuine love for people and the Church.
