Cristniel Diaz-Amaran, APRN, FNP-BC

Nursing & Clinical Operations Director

My name is Cristniel Diaz-Amaran, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with certification in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP-C). My nursing career began after earning my Associate Degree in Nursing from Saber College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida National University. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in neonatal, pediatric, primary care, and behavioral health settings, as well as in nursing leadership and education.

I currently serve as the Nursing & Clinical Director at Agape Network, where I oversee clinical operations and provide comprehensive medical care for individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment. In addition, I am an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at Florida National University, where I enjoy mentoring and educating future nurses.

My passion is providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care while improving health outcomes through prevention, chronic disease management, and integrated behavioral healthcare. I am committed to empowering patients on their journey to recovery and wellness while supporting the next generation of nursing professionals.
