Roxana Rodriguez, LCSW, is the Outpatient Clinical Services Manager at Agape Network, where she leads therapeutic programming and daily clinical operations with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, trauma-informed care. With over seven years of experience in the clinical field, Ms. Rodriguez has worked extensively with at-risk children and adults across a variety of settings. Her background includes experience as a school social worker, where she advocated for students’ mental health and academic success, as well as clinical leadership roles in inpatient treatment programs for women. She has also served as a crisis clinician, providing immediate support and intervention in high-stress situations. Ms. Rodriguez is deeply motivated and committed to program development, team leadership, and client-centered care, as well as promoting resilience, equity, and healing within the communities she serves.
