Kim Manna is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across global consumer products, entertainment, licensing, retail, and hospitality. She has held senior roles including CEO, President and Senior Vice President for internationally recognized companies and iconic brands. Throughout her career, she has led transformative growth initiatives, developed award-winning brand extensions, and executed complex global partnerships.
Senior Vice President of Global Retail, Ecommerce and Licensing for Hard Rock International driving growth, expansion and revenue among global Rock Shops, Ecommerce, and Licensing. She was a member of the Senior Leadership Team contributing and executing on their corporate strategy. She lead consumer products licensing with organizations such as the Miami Grand Prix, Oracle Red Bull Racing, Messi, Lionsgate Entertainment and the John Wick movie franchise and multiple music artists.
From 2004 to 2020, CEO of Panama Jack International (“PJI”) Kim repositioned Panama Jack and managed its transition to becoming a leading aspirational lifestyle brand and expanded distribution globally. She developed new sub brands, a new multi -tier strategy, executed on a 3x growth in e-commerce, partnered with Playa Resorts (NASDAQ: PLYA) to create a Panama Jack Resorts hotel brand. The Panama Jack Resorts earned several accolades, including the 2018 Magellan Awards as winner of the Gold Award for Overall Eco-Friendly “Green” Resort, the Silver Award for New Family Resort, the Silver Award for Standard Room Design and the Silver Award for Lobby/Common Space Design. The Panama Jack Resorts became the 2018 World Travel Awards’ Leading New Hotel and Mexico’s Leading Family Resort winner.
Kim developed and established a new Panama Jack HOME division including a portfolio of 12 unique categories. She developed and executed a Panama Jack Retail Store strategy, leading the vision and execution around a newly built store platform. Kim built key partnerships and established new sponsorships including with MGM Resorts, Cedar Fair Parks and Sea World Parks.
Prior to her service as CEO of Panama Jack, Kim served as Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Senior Vice President of Global Licensing and Merchandising, based in Los Angeles, CA, working closely with Sony’s theatrical and television divisions. She negotiated and managed global licensing and partnership agreements with master toy, apparel, accessories, interactive and other product categories. She was responsible for consumer products building brand franchise properties for major Sony investments in theatrical and television productions of Ghostbusters, I Dream of Jeannie, Men in Black, Godzilla, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy and Jumanji.
Previously, Kim served as Vice President of Saban Entertainment based in Los Angeles, CA and before that, she served Director of Consumer Products for Warner Bros. Entertainment, based in Burbank, CA.
Ms. Manna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL and completed the Executive Program, Consumer Marketing Strategies, awarded by Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
