At Agape, we’re committed to providing optimal reentry services for justice-involved individuals including defendants in custody, on community control or those with court involvement through our Criminal Justice Program. Utilizing nationally recognized risk and needs assessments, we evaluate individuals to determine their suitability for our reentry and outpatient programs. Our primary goal is to address the multiple challenges faced by justice-involved individuals, preparing them for reintegration into the community. With measurable objectives focused on mental health and substance use treatment, job readiness skills, parenting support, physical well-being and spiritual health, our comprehensive approach aims to reduce recidivism and promote long-term rehabilitation.

Our Criminal Justice Program offers a range of reentry services designed to support individuals through every stage of their reintegration journey. Participants are screened, assessed and identified for program participation, ensuring tailored support for their needs. They receive case management services and access evidence-based programming to facilitate a safe and successful transition from incarceration to the community. Our qualified team, including a Director of Reentry, Psychiatrist, Therapist, Case Manager, Peer Specialist, Chaplain and more, provides individualized support to address behavioral health treatment, employment, housing, spiritual well-being and other social determinants of health.
