Ms. Manna was President of Global Licensing for Perry Ellis International. As President, Kim oversaw a diverse portfolio of brands, developing global licensing strategies and restructuring the licensing division. She also finalized the 2025 budget and established a three-year revenue plan.
Prior to Perry Ellis, Kim was Senior Vice President of Retail, E-commerce and Licensing at Hard Rock International, the iconic entertainment and hospitality brand with a presence in 68 countries. She oversees the global strategy and operations of the brand’s merchandising, online, and licensing businesses, with the goal of enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth. She holds a DIGITAL MARKETING certification from Emeritus, and has over 20 years of experience in leading and growing consumer brands across multiple channels and regions.
Kim was the CEO of Panama Jack, from 2003 – 2020 a U.S.-based global lifestyle brand that offers a wide range of products and services, from suncare and apparel to resorts and home furnishings. Under her leadership, Kim transformed Panama Jack into a leading aspirational brand, expanding its distribution, portfolio, and revenue. She also secured and managed strategic partnerships and licensing agreements with major players in the hospitality, entertainment, and retail sectors, such as Playa Resorts, MGM Resorts, and Cedar Fair Parks. Kim is passionate about creating and delivering innovative and compelling brand stories that resonate with diverse and loyal customers around the world.
Kimberly Manna held the position of Senior Vice President at Sony Pictures Entertainment from 1996 to 2000, where she oversaw sales, marketing, and business development. She was responsible for Telemundo international sales and collaborated with Sony Corporate divisions. She developed and executed global licensing and marketing plans, negotiated and managed global licensing and partnership agreements. She was responsible for building brand franchise properties such as Ghostbusters, I Dream of Jeannie, Men in Black, Godzilla, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Jumanji
At Warner Bros. Entertainment, she served as Director of International Sales and Marketing for Consumer Products from 1994 to 1995. She acted as a liaison between international offices and Burbank for sales and marketing of theatrical, classic (e.g., Looney Tunes), and DC Comics (Batman, Superman) properties. She co-developed art programs and in-store retail concepts for international markets and collaborated with the theatrical, television, and home video divisions.
