Enid Martin is the Director of Human Resources at Agape Network, with over 25 years of progressive human resources management experience. She joined our HR department in 2022 overseeing all Human Resources functions and providing overall support to the agency and all personnel, creating an engaging and collaborative workforce, and reinforcing our mission. She is a strategic business partner and has worked alongside senior leaders throughout her career. Her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, overall HR infrastructure, policy and procedure development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Enid leads with compassion, which encourages employees to engage and discuss solutions with the agency, understanding that they are being heard.
Her passion is providing HR solutions partnering with our leadership team and helping them build our program infrastructure through compliance, technology, coaching, mentoring, and staff engagement among other areas.
Prior to joining Agape Network, Enid built her career in various HR positions working within the profit and nonprofit sector serving the underserved in our community. Enid holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management with support in Business Administration and Psychology and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) among other certifications.
