My name is Dr Adelaida Cueto and having grown up with congenital heart disease, I understand the emotional and physical toll diseases can have on a person and their loved ones. At Agape Network as a primary care physician, I am part of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) dedicated to guaranteeing comprehensive behavioral care. Currently, I have made it my life mission to support and build connections with different demographics of people including adolescents, adults, and seniors. My professional journey began after I graduated as a medical doctor in Cuba in 1993. I specialized in both family medicine and anesthesiology after I immigrated to the Dominican Republic. I delved into my third specialty in internal medicine when I arrived in the United States in Brooklyn, New York. Having completed my residency in 2012, I have extensive experience in working in various settings including Nassau University Medical Center and New York Presbyterian Queens as a hospitalist and Goodside Medical Practice and Chen Senior Medical Center as a primary care physician. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, listening to music, and spending time with my two daughters. I hope to one day visit Istanbul and Prague.
